Are your instructors licensed and insured?
Yes, all our instructors are fully licensed, insured, and trained to provide professional driving instruction. (WWCC, DIA Licences & Police Checks)
What is your cancellation policy?
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel lessons without penalty.
Suspicion of Drugs or Alcohol – Wreckless Driving
The instructor reserves the right to terminate a lesson if they believe the student is under the influence of drugs or alcohol or if the student is partaking in dangerous driving and is not following the instructions given by the instructor. The student will still be charged the lesson fee in full.
Late to Lesson & No Shows
If a student is late to a booked lesson, the instructor will only be able to provide the remaining of the session to the student, and the student will still be charged for the full lesson fee.
If a student does not attend a booked session (NO SHOW), the student will be charged the full lesson fee.
Lesson Fees
Lesson fee must be paid in full 2 HOURS prior to lesson commencement or if otherwise agreed upon with instructor, it may be paid at the beginning of the booked lesson.
Learner Permits
To partake in a driving lesson, all students must have a valid Learner Permit, if upon arrival at the lesson the student cannot provide their learner permit or provides an invalid learner permit, the lesson will be cancelled and charged at full lesson rate.
